Back from race.
The race was fun and got to hang with friends but it was really cold. I wasn’t expecting the cold since it has been so nice in socal. The wind is always brutal at fiesta island though. First outdoor ride since ironman 6 months ago…all my training has been indoor (besides 6 mile hill rides to one of my businesses once or twice a week). Seems like focusing on running and losing...
